By day, I work for the United States Air Force. During evenings, weekends, and leave, I am either eating food, thinking about food, or planning my next culinary trip across state lines to eat food…and sometimes internationally. Besides food, I also love meeting new people, preferably over a great meal. My third great love is traveling and learning about new cultures and peoples. Often, those travels will revolve around lots of eating, from roadside stalls to fine-dining restaurants awarded the highest culinary accolades (e.g., Michelin stars, World’s 50 Best Restaurants ranking, and Opinionated About Dining guide).
